The hotel during Christmas was a great experience. The winter wonderland surroundings, delicious breakfast buffet offering fresh fruits and baked goods, and the convenient shuttle service to the nearby attractions made the stay memorable. The location of the hotel was also perfect for enjoying winter sports, with ski slopes and ice skating rinks just a short walk away.
The rooms were a bit outdated and lacked some necessary amenities like a kettle and coffee maker. , the hotel could have used more attentive and friendly staff who were willing to go the extra mile to make the stay enjoyable.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants. the breakfast spread was impressive with a lot of variety to choose from.
The hotel is right next to a busy road and the noise from traffic kept me up throughout the night. the Wi-Fi connection was terrible and barely worked.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location outside the bustling center of Östersund was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that all of my needs were met during my stay. The room I stayed in was not only clean, but also very comfortable and well-designed.
